Our hotel is situated in the South of Florence, in Gavinana from which it takes the name, the construction is an independent villino with a small garden built at the end of the' 50s.

We have ten large, light and quiet rooms, some are equipped with complete bathroom, others with shower and washbasin, some have a private small balcony, all of them have the TV sat (Eurosport, Cnn, Antenne 5, BBC), telephones and a system of ventilation.

The parking in front of the hotel is free and it is easy to find a place, anyway, those who wish can park their car in a garage quite cheaply. In the nearby there are two Supermarkets, one take-away pizzeria and one of the best ice-shops in Florence.

The hotel is easy to reach from the S. M. Novella railway station (ATAF line 23 or 71) in approximately 15 minutes; for who arrives in Florence by car the exit from the highway A1 is FIRENZE SUD.

You can get to the historical centre in 10 min. (Ponte Vecchio or P.zza Duomo) with the local line 23; for who comes by car we advise to park in front of the hotel and travel by public means of transport (the private traffic is not allowed in the city centre). Our hotel is a family enterprise, we are pleased to give our customers all the necessary information to a pleasant stay, such as particular itineraries both in and outside the city.
